Pre-Tour 9 Note: The Vision
Take a few minutes and read through the vision we have offered as a strawman. Remember, you might want to put it in your own words… have your family do this as a project together. But, for now, read through the vision and contemplate several things: God has clearly asked us to engage our neighbors; this was how the early church spread; it mobilizes the entire Body of Christ; it engages a culture that Meo-Christianity ignores; it’s simple; it’s brilliant. Think about each area in terms of how you might begin this exciting adventure with your family. Ask God to help you do what He wants you to do.
The Vision
We will build real relationships
with those providentially in our Jerusalem,
through prayer and action,
with grace and wisdom and truth,
being attractively winsome,
tearing down walls,
building up trust,
doing the work of the Kingdom.
Christian families committed to the shalom of their neighbors
The people of God carrying out the Royal Law, turning the world upside down, one neighbor at a time
